How long does a course run for?
Holiday and Love Create courses run for a varied time period.
Love Literacy courses takes students on a year-long journey across the academic year. Parents re-enrol yearly.
Is there additional homework?
Learners will have access to learning tasks to help consolidate understanding. Teachers monitor these tasks to assess progress and offer feedback.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Course bookings are non-refundable upon purchase. Courses can be changed if booked in error.
Yearly subscriptions may be cancelled with one month's written notice.
What payments do you accept?
All payments are made via Stripe via the website: www.love-literacy.com
How do I use a Coupon Code?
If you have a voucher code, this is useable at checkout. Codes can be used just once per booking.
How do one-to-one classes work?
One-to-one classes take place face-to-face or online via Zoom. Homework is issued weekly.
